Benefit-in-Kind (BIK) on N1 2-Seat INEOS Grenadier & Quartermaster Vans

Under current Revenue rules, both the N1 2 Seat Grenadier Commercial Van and N1 2-Seat Quartermaster Commercial Van qualify as vans for BIK purposes.

For the 2025 Tax Year:

• Standard BIK charge = 8% of the van’s OMV (Original Market Value).
• Temporary €10,000 OMV reduction applies before calculating BIK.
• Exemption possible if the van is supplied for work, commuting is the only private use, and the employee spends 80% of working time away from base.
